Robert Nolan is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honors Degree in English and Drama.

He is a busy independent actor working in cutting-edge dramas ('Eyes Beyond', Scent of Rosemary', 'Blind Spot', 'Hyde', 'Worm') and unusual comedies ('David Suzuki?', 'Gladiator!', 'Inside Steve's MInd: Hitler's Apology').

He has acted on stage ('Rebel Without a Cause', 'Bethune'') and TV ('Zero Hour', 'Brain Attack', 'Cold Blood', 'Outlaw Bikers') and on radio.

2009 has been a busy year so far for Robert with the completion of dramatic roles in the feature crime-drama 'Lucky 7', the 35-mm feature psycho-thriller 'A Date With Fear', the disturbing psychological portrait of a teacher in 'Worm', as the father in the surprisingly twisted shock horror 'Eyes Beyond' (co-produced and co-directed by Tommy Chang) and as a senator in the mysterious feature 'UFO Charlie'.

He was invited to compete for charity in 'Dancing With The Local Stars' at Ceasar's Palace' in Windsor and (thanks to teacher Jennifer Lee of Viva Studios) has discovered a new passion for waltz and salsa in the wonderful world of dance.

Robert has also been busy in TV doing episodes of 'Outlaw Bikers IV ('The Power of the Patch"), 'Cold Blood 2' ("Sarah Whitehead"), 'Breakout' ("Texas 7")' and stars as the big kid in the music video 'Bully' by hip-hop star D.O. now on Much Music.

Upcoming projects include principal feature roles in the sci-fi suspense-thriller 'Minus 8' and the action-packed 'Simon's Reach'.

And the best is yet to come!
